HDD Consulting and Operational Support
Much of the cost overrun on an HDD project originates in the operation: poorly sized reaming sequences, under- or over-specified equipment, uncontrolled fluid consumption or lost time that no one measures. Operational support reviews these variables in the field and adjusts them before they become a problem.
JCR Specialized HDD Services provides technical support for the preparation and execution of HDD operations, with steel and HDPE pipe.
When is it needed?
- Before mobilization, to review the execution plan, equipment and resources.
- During execution, when actual performance departs from the plan.
- On projects with multiple crossings or diameters where the activity sequence must be optimized.
